How? Easy, building tiny house neighborhood in which everyone can live, right next to each other, as in good times. And this beautiful landscape of Texas, four couples, who have been friends for 20 years, called the architect Matt Garcia, to build, next to the river Llano, a small house for each family. Which is a whole architectural movement, the are followers. At first they thought of building a huge house for everyone.

They have full confidence in their neighbors, which gives them greater security and well-being, both for adults and children. It’s like being in family forever. Also, you can imagine that the parties in the neighborhood are full of joy and good times.
